Arched

Arched view to the Water

What do they call it when you just do something for the sake of getting it done? Can't think of it right now, but that's where I was with today's picture. Had other things to do in a limited amount of time, including cleaning, but first I had to warm up. With the window in the background, it was hard to get the exposure right. In this picture, I had to cut out the window into it's own layer to change the lighting.

This morning I went out golfing in 49 degree weather with gusts up to 25 mph, which would have been okay if I had the right outerwear. As it was, I was wearing a long sleeve shirt, sweatshirt and then a short sleeve windbreaker. I was missing gloves! My poor left hand was so cold to the point where I couldn't feel my little finger when I was putting the tee in the ground. Other than that, I had fun golfing as the guys started betting each other on the back nine. Once again, I played horribly, but had my second shot back, yet, the wind was not helpful with putting.

My friends showed up and we took a long walk, almost 6 miles down to the south. It was still very breezy in the afternoon, first time that I have had to wear a sweatshirt on a walk here. In the evening, we went down to Coconuts for dinner and ate outside only because they had their heat lights on. Crazy how cool it was here today. So cold that the grouchy guy wasn't at the pier tonight and we could go out without paying admission to see fishing and a pelican. Priceless! ( Kind of scary too!)
