Procrastination....

There was one thing that I promised my husband that I would do today as he has gone off skiing with Bubs....cleaning the bathrooms. Instead, I have played Canasta, Bubbles, read all the headlines and our local paper on line, finished a book, had a peanutbutter and jelly sandwich for breakfast, started a fire, knitted some rows on new project, Noro Stripe Scarf, made some chili, put in one wash, broke up a cat fight, took a shower, cleaned up the breakfast dishes, got dressed and it's now 230pm and I got nothing. Guess it's time to get to work so I can come back and watch a chick flick before they all come back home. It's great to be home alone every once in awhile.

How do you avoid what you don't want to do?

  1. I leave the house and go for a long hike. When I get home, I am too tired to work. Besides, no one here to see anythng but me. Ü

  2. Blog, watch crappy TV, and remember that thing I have always meant to look up on Google.

  3. Hiding, hiking and watching crappy tv- all sound acceptable to me.

  4. Knit, play on the computer - usually Sims, read, watch t.v. take the dog for a walk. Isn't it fun to be 'Home Alone' it almost never happens to me.

  5. Pretty close to the same way you do! I think boys should clean their own bathrooms! Ick. It's one of my least favorite chores.
