Just in case you want to find me, don't bother looking in any of these places!
An epic sea sick day last summer inspired more than 1/2.
- On a crab fishing vessel in the middle of the Bering Sea
- On top of Mt. Everest
- In the line for a video game system sleeping in a lawn chair
- On a deep sea fishing trip
- In fighter jet
- Cliff diving in Acalpulco (remember this from ABC Wide World of sports?)
- On a sailboat trip around the world
- Rock climbing
- Bungee jumping off a bridge, cliff, building.....
- In the Coast Guard
- In a tanning booth
- In a submarine
- In a NASCAR car as a passenger

I can't put mine up until tomorrow because of my silly connection. You'll have to tell us more about this sea sick day. Hope your day was good.
ReplyDeleteI don't want to admit this, but I don't think I'd do any of those, either. Not unless I was on The Amazing Race, but given my physical issues, we all know that can't happen.
ReplyDelete*sigh*
Happy TT!
I agree with all of those except #2, I have an obsession with #2, despite reading INTO THIN AIR.
ReplyDeleteThe crab ship thing is crazy. I love eating crab, but YIKES!
I'd add swimming with sharks.
Great TT, thanks for dropping by mine.
Ha, I wholly agree with the tanning booth! No way in the world am I gonna get in one of those things. And no way would I get in line for a video game and sleep in a lawn chair, either.
ReplyDeleteGreat list!
Happy TT, and thank you for visiting my blog!
GREAT TT! :)
ReplyDeleteI would actually swim with sharks... but I agree with all the rest!
Selena
I agree with some of these, but I'd do the fighter jet and bungee jump... not a fan of climbing so no Everest for this kitten... tanning booths are cancer factories... no way NASCAR, have seen those crashes replayed over and over... have done the deep sea fishing trip, and while I can catch oodles of fish in lakes, ocean fish don't like me for some reason...
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't be up all night in a lawn chair for a video game, but what about Harry Potter 7? Does that make me a geek?
Man, I'd LOVE to be in some of the places you don't want to go. hehehe
ReplyDeleteI agree on the passenger in the fighter jet...I want to fly that puppy!
I have done a deep sea fishing trip...it was fun!
ReplyDeleteThose are great! I had to say I was a little surprised to at the tanning booth one compared to all the rest. LOL
ReplyDeleteI would like to do some of those.
ReplyDeleteMt Everest without the climb. Just set me down up there to enjoy the view. Deep sea fishing is fun. The sailboat trip would be awesome. A small rock climbing trip would be fun. No tanning booth for me.
Terrific Thursday Thirteen!
My TT is posted.
Have a wonderful day!
Happy TT'ing!

I really miss the Wide World of Sports....it was always on at our house. You learned a little about the world, sports, and the beginning was spectacular.
ReplyDeleteThe only one I would do (or shall I say have done) is rock climbing-- but it was indoor so that is pretty tame! =)
ReplyDeleteGreat list and I don't think you're likely to find me in any of those places either.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on 12. The only one I might try is the deep sea fishing. My husband has been several times. My 13 yr old grandson went with friends during Spring break. Everyone on his trip got sick!
ReplyDeleteCheck out my TT
I agree with a whole bunch of those, but I'd happily sell my right arm for a round the world sailing trip - as long as it was on a super-large, super luxurious crewed yacht. None of this solo nonsense for me!
ReplyDeleteHappy TT, and thanks for stopping by.
My first thought was bungee jumping out of a helicopter or something equally insane (which covers several on your list.) Adrenaline junkie I am not. I save that for the characters in my stories.
ReplyDeleteHappy TT Day. My list is up. 13 reasons spring is in the air.
I dare say you'll never find me there, either! happy TT, thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteNow I can't see me doing a lot of these things, but a part of me would like to. A small part. If I wasn't scared of heights I would do the rock climbing. Thankfully, I'm a chicken!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my site. :)
A perfectly sensible list though you might want to reconsider 4, 5, and 13.
ReplyDeleteThe only one I'd consider is #13. So can I say "me too"? ;) Happy TT!
ReplyDeleteLisa - Lil' Duck Duck
LOL I'm with you on all of these.
ReplyDeleteNot horribly adventurous, are we? But man, I hate open water, and boats by association.
LOL! No, I won't be found in any of those places either!
ReplyDeleteHappy TT!
Those are all places you would'nt find me either. great list. like where's waldo for blogger's!
ReplyDeleteI would do almost all of those! I laughed my way through your list! Love it!
ReplyDeleteWith the exception of sailboating around the world (I love boating), I woudln't be caught doing any of those things either. Especially anything that has to do with jumping off a really high platform and putting my trust into something to stop me from meeting my demise for my stupidity.
ReplyDeleteLove the list! I won't be in any of those places, either. Maybe on the sailboat at one time, but over the winter I saw this really scary old Nicole Kidman movie called Dead Calm and now even that seems treachorous. My completely TV-related TT is up.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with you on #1, 3, 11 and maybe a few others, but I'd love to bungee jump or skydive at least once. :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy TT!
Hehe. You could definitely find me in 4, 6, 7 and 9. The others? No way, Jose!
ReplyDeleteAwesome list! Happy TT!
I would agree with you on #3,11 & 12. All others... I'd do. Oh, well, I have done #4 & 8. Then again, I'm a little on the reckless, adventurous side. :o)
ReplyDeleteHope you have a blessed Thursday!
I think my list would be same as yours! :)
ReplyDeletegreat list! HAPPY TT!
We should look for a place together, because the places you listed you will never find me either !! *shiver*
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with you! I'm not the adventurous type! I'm much more the boring, safe type.
ReplyDeleteOh my Gosh!!! I LOVE those Discovery Channel shows! I agree there is no way I would be on any of those vessels. Great list!
ReplyDeleteI wholeheartedly agree with not being on top of Mt. Everest, or going cliff diving or bungee jumping. In fact, I'd add “not standing higher than the third rung on a step ladder” to those! LOL
ReplyDeleteTerrific list, Jenny. :-D
I think you won't be able to find me at many of these places too. LOL
ReplyDeleteGreat TT!
You won't find me camped out in front of best buy either....lol!
ReplyDeleteI would love to be a ride-along in a NASCAR.
